This 7’ Long STANZ swordfish rod is what Capt Nick Stanczyk uses on almost every swordfishing charter!! It’s designed to be fished out of the Gunwhale or a chair. It works both on electric or conventional reels. The rod is a fiberglass blank with SIN ring guides, roller top, and a #4 Long curved butt. It can handle up to 12 lbs of lead while fishing, has plenty of backbone to lift any swordfish, and a soft enough tip to detect the a subtle swordfish bite!
